The jackpot for Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing soars to $533,000,000

The lottery official announced that the Friday, March 6th, 2026, Mega Millions drawing resulted in a rollover, generating an $533,000,000 grand prize for the next drawing Tuesday. The cash option stands at $$244.2 million. The numbers from Friday, March 6th, 2026 drawing were 08, 19, 26, 38, 42 and the Mega Ball was 24, Megaplier was . The Mega Millions grand prize has been rolling over for 99 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in IL, matched all six numbers for a $344 million top prize.
Although the grand prize was not hit Friday evening, some people still walked away with large winnings. There were 2 lucky players that matched the first 5 numbers and won the second prize. The 2 second prize winning ticket(s) bought in won $1,000,000 cash each.
Additional major winners Friday night included 9 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $10,000.
