One ticket sold in VA won $348,000,000 Mega Millions jackpot in Friday night's drawing

One ticket matched all six winning numbers in Friday's Mega Millions drawing to win the estimated $348,000,000 jackpot, according to lottery officials. The winning ticket was sold in VA. The winning numbers drawn Friday night, June 27th, 2025 were 18-21-29-42-50 with Mega Ball number 02 and Megaplier . The holder of the winning ticket will now have to decide to either take the 30 equal annual payments with yearly payment approximately of $13.38 million before taxes, or the one time cash lump-sum in the amount of $155.5 million before tax withholding. The winning ticket holder is highly suggested to sign the ticket, put it in a safe place and get in touch with lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winner has the opportunity to select the cash value of the jackpot while claiming the prize. If the winner doesn't make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
