The multi-state Mega Millions game grand prize has went to an estimated $110,000,000 dollars after there was no grand prize winner in Friday's drawing. The lump-sum cash payout stands at an estimated $$48.4 million. The winning numbers from Friday night, July 18th, 2025 were 11-43-54-55-63 and the Mega Ball was 03, Megaplier was .
Although there was no grand prize winner Friday evening, Mega Millions had some big winners. A total of 8 lucky winners won the third prize. Among them, 8 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000.
Also, 99 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $500. Other prizes won included 288 tickets that matched 3 white numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $200.
With nine prize levels, there were a total of 421,378 winning tickets sold across the nation in the Friday, July 18th, 2025 drawing.
Mega Millions is one of the most popular lottery games in the U.S. sold in 44 participating states as a shared jackpot game. About 50% of the Mega Millions sales goes back for the players through prize winnings. About 15% goes to commission of retailers and lottery operating costs. Roughly 35% total sales is used in government services, education and charities in the participating states. Mega Millions uses a 5/70 (white balls) + 1/25 (Mega Balls) system from which winning numbers are chosen. The overall chances of winning is about 1 to 14. The chances of winning Mega Millions jackpot are about 1 in 302 million. The minimum Mega Millions grand prize is $40 million. Its annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly payments. Winners may select one time lump-sum cash payout instead.
