Without a grand prize winner in the latest drawing, the Mega Millions multistate lottery game has carried over the grand prize to $60,000,000 for Friday night's drawing. The cash value will be a projected $$26.9 million. Nobody hit all six numbers to win the $50,000,000 grand prize Tuesday. The next Mega Millions lottery drawing will be at 10:59 PM Friday night. The winning numbers from Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 drawing were 19-28-31-39-54 and the Mega Ball was 05, Megaplier was . No one won the Mega Millions grand prize in the past 28 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.One lucky player from IL walked away with $344 million grand prize in Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 drawing.
Although the jackpot was not awarded Tuesday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There were a total of 5 third prize winners. These included 5 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $10,000.
Additional winners Tuesday night included 134 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers and won $500. Other prizes won included 410 tickets that matched 3 white numbers together with Mega Ball and won $200.
With nine prize levels, there were 393,004 winning tickets sold nationwide in the Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 drawing.
Mega Millions game can be played in 43 states and Washington DC. Approximately 50% of the Mega Millions sales goes back towards the players through prizes. Around 15% is used to as commission of retailers and lottery operation expenses. Roughly 35% total sales is used to support government services, education and charities in the participating lottery states. Mega Millions drawings occur every Tuesday and Friday at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. Each play costs $1. In some states, players can choose to spend 1 extra dollar to purchase the Megaplier option, which multiplies the winnings 2 to 5 times except grand prize. The overall odds of winning is about 1 to 14. The chances of matching 6 Mega Millions numbers are 1 to 302,575,350. The minimum Mega Millions grand prize is $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly payments. Winners can choose one-time lump-sum cash payout instead.
