No jackpot winning ticket sold. Friday's Mega Millions jackpot goes to $70,000,000

There was no ticket sold matched all six winning numbers in the latest multi-state Mega Millions game draw, and the projected jackpot for Friday's drawing will leap to $70,000,000, lottery officials announced. The lump-sum cash payout stands at an estimated $$32 million. The winning numbers from Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 drawing were 19-32-41-49-66 with Mega Ball 06 and Megaplier x. Nobody won the Mega Millions jackpot in the past 74 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.The last jackpot was won by a lucky ticket sold in IL, matched all six numbers for a $344 million top prize.

Though there was no grand prize winner Tuesday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There were a total of 4 third prize winners. Among them, 4 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000.

Additional prizes won Tuesday evening included 102 tickets that matched four white numbers and won $500. 282 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.

With 9 different prize levels, there were a total of 392,594 winning tickets sold across U.S. in the Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 drawing.

Mega Millions is an U.S. popular lottery game can be played in 44 participating states as a pari-mutuel jackpot game. It holds the record biggest jackpot in North American lottery history. Approximately 50% of the Mega Millions sales goes back for the players in prize winnings. Approximately 15% goes to retailer commissions and lottery operating costs. Around 35% total sales is used to support government services, education and charities in the participating states. Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. The minimum Mega Millions jackpot starts at 40 million dollar. Its annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly installments. Winners can choose one time lump sum cash payout option instead.
