The jackpot for Monday's Powerball drawing skyrockets to $490,000,000

Monday's Powerball game jackpot is going to be worth $490,000,000 (cash option $$228.9 million), since no player hit all six winning numbers in Saturday night's drawing. The winning numbers from Saturday night, November 8th, 2025 were 03, 53, 60, 62, 68 with Power Ball number 11.
Though the jackpot was not awarded Saturday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. 15 3rd prize winning tickets were sold across the U.S.. There were 2 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
Other prizes won Saturday evening included 335 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 89 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash! Additional prizes won Saturday night included 964 tickets that matched 3 white numbers together with Powerball and won $100. 271 additional tickets at this prize level were also purchased with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash.
There were 65,174 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of New York. 4 tickets sold in New York matched 4 lotto numbers plus the Powerball. These lucky ticket holders will collect $10,000 cash each. 109 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers. The lucky ticket holders will receive $100 each. 16 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play. The lucky ticket holders will receive $200 each.
With nine prize levels, the Saturday night's drawing generated 849,442 winning tickets across the nation with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball lottery can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings occur 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. Powerball uses a 5/69 (white balls) + 1/26 (Powerballs) system to randomly choose winning numbers. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to pay 1 extra dollar to purchase the Power Play option, which multiplies the original prizes except grand prize. The odds of winning is about 1 to 32.
