No jackpot ticket sold last night. Powerball jackpot goes to $35,000,000

With no winner in the latest draw, the Powerball lottery grand prize is going to be worth an estimated $35,000,000 (cash value $$16.5 million) the next time the multistate lottery is played on Saturday. The amount rolled over because no player matched all five lotto numbers and the Powerball number to win the $20,000,000 grand prize Wednesday night. The numbers drawn Wednesday night, March 4th, 2026 were 07-14-42-47-56 with Power Ball number 06. The Powerball jackpot has been rolling over for 18 draws since Saturday, January 24th, 2026. The last jackpot was won by a single ticket sold in NC, matched all six numbers for a 209,000,000 top prize.
Though there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, some people still walked away with huge pile of cash. A total of 6 lucky tickets won the third prize with or without Power Play. 3 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied the prize 4 times to $40,000 cash!
Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 179 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 71 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash! 383 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 124 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to win a total win of $200 each.
There were 23,759 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of New York. There was one lucky New York winner matched 4 lotto numbers and also the Powerball with Power Play and won $40,000. 52 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers. The lucky ticket holders will receive $100 each. There were 11 lucky New York winners won $200 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play purchased.
With nine prize levels, there were a total of 306,958 tickets nationwide won a total of $0 prizes in the Wednesday, March 4th, 2026 drawing.
Powerball game is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Powerball lottery uses a 5/69 (white balls) + 1/26 (Powerballs) matrix from which winning numbers are chosen. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to pay $1 extra to buy the Power Play, which increases the original prizes except grand prize. The minimum Powerball advertised jackpot is 40 million dollar. Its annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment payments. Winners can select one-time lump-sum cash payout instead.
