No one won the jackpot last night. Powerball jackpot climbs to $63 million Wednesday

The Powerball multi-state lottery jackpot rolled up to $63 million (cash option $44.9 million) Wednesday night when there were no jackpot winning tickets in the $52 million drawing, lottery officials said. The numbers drawn Saturday night, June 19th, 2021 were 04, 22, 35, 38, 39 and Powerball number was 20.
Although there was no jackpot winner Saturday evening, some people still walked away with large winnings. There were a total of 11 third prize lucky winners. There were 5 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
Also, 211 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 81 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to a total win of $200 each! There were 609 tickets that correctly matched 3 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and also won $100. 182 additional players not only matched 3+1, but also chose the Power Play option, doulbled the prizes to $200 cash each ticket.
There were 33,848 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of New York. There was a single lucky New Yorker matched 4 lotto numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. There were 65 lucky New York players won $100 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers. 8 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play. The lucky ticket holders will collect $200 each.
With nine different prize tiers, the Saturday night's drawing created 468,042 winning tickets across the nation with a total amount of $0 prizes.
America's favorite Powerball is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to spend 1 extra dollar to purchase the Power Play option, which multiplies the original winnings but not grand prize. The overall odds of winning any prizes is about 1 to 32. The chances of winning Powerball jackpot are about 1 in 292 million. The minimum Powerball jackpot is $40 million. The annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment installments in 29 years. Winners may select one-time lump sum cash payout option instead.
