Powerball jackpot increases to $137,000,000 Monday night; 3 players won the second prize

Monday's Powerball lottery jackpot grew to $137,000,000, since no one matched all five white ball numbers plus the Powerball number drawn Saturday night. The cash value for Monday stands at an estimated $$61.9 million up for grab. Saturday's $124,000,000 is the total payout - before taxes - if the prize is taken in annuity. The winning numbers from Saturday night, January 10th, 2026 were 05-19-21-28-64 with Power Ball 14. The Powerball jackpot has been growing for seven draws since Saturday, December 27th, 2025. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in AR, matched all six numbers for a 1,700,000,000 top prize.
Though there was no grand prize winner Saturday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were 3 lucky winners correctly matched all 5 lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The three second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in CA(1), OH(1) and OR(1) won $1 million cash.
Other major winners Saturday night included 11 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. 4 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash! In addition, 340 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 127 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to a total win of $200 each! Other prizes won Saturday night included 892 tickets that matched 3 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $100. 326 additional tickets at this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash.
With nine prize levels, there were 591,494 tickets across U.S. won $0 prizes in the Saturday, January 10th, 2026 drawing.
America's favorite Powerball lottery can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. To play, select 5 numbers from a set of 69 then pick 1 Powerball number from 1 to 26. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to spend $1 extra to purchase the Power Play, which multiplies the prizes except grand prize. The odds of winning is about 1 to 32. The odds of winning Powerball grand prize are 1 to 292,201,338. The minimum Powerball advertised grand prize starts at $40 million.
